It happened in 2004. Like most folks who peruse EBay I was looking for a deal. However, instead of buying or selling something, I was looking to network with like-minded people. I must say that it turned out to be a very successful effort. I was able to exchange and trade several hundred courses and books that would have cost me tens of thousands of dollars. So in addition to creating a world-class information library, I managed to meet some awesome people who I still network with to this day. This is the actual ad I had posted on EBay.
